LISP-DHT: Towards a DHT to map identifiers onto locators

· 2008

Abstract

LISP-DHT is a DHT based mapping distribution system for LISP. The purpose of LISP-DHT is to distribute identifier-to-routing-locators mappings through a distributed hash tables infrastructure. LISP-DHT is designed to preserve the locality of the mapping, i.e., the mapping is always stored on the LISP-DHT nodes chosen by the owner of the mapping.
